One‑tap apply from your profile: You choose a job and apply directly from the app; CrewBase uses your latest profile and CV data, so you do not need to fill forms again and again.

Email proxy delivery: The initial application email (with attached CV if available) is sent to the employer, while all further communication goes through a secure proxy address without attachments so messages stay light and safe to forward inside the company.

Employer replies stay private: When an employer replies to the proxy address, the message is securely forwarded to your real email while keeping your contact details protected in external systems.

Application status and history: Every apply action creates or updates a record in your applications list with timestamps such as "sent" and "delivered" when available.

Auto‑apply confirmations: For applications created by Auto Apply, you receive a notification in the app and see a special label so that you know exactly which jobs were applied automatically.

Mobile apps: CrewBase offers native iOS and Android apps for job seekers with full access to job search, applications, and profile management on the go.

3‑day full access trial: Every new account gets several days of full access to premium features so you can test Auto Apply, AI tools, and notifications before committing.

Promo codes and RevenueCat billing: Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat with support for promo codes and introductory offers in App Store and Google Play native billing.

Firebase‑based infrastructure: CrewBase uses Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, and Cloud Messaging) with access rules that enforce role‑based permissions for job seekers, employers, and admins.

Encrypted transport and signed requests: All traffic between the app, backend functions, and databases goes over HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive operations are protected with signed tokens and server‑side validation.

Proxy email layer: Application emails go through a proxy address so your personal email and contact details are not exposed directly in public job boards or mailing lists.

Data minimization and retention: We store only the data required to run the service, and you can request deletion of your account, profile, and applications from inside the app.
