Requirements
Candidates must hold a Class 2 Machine Officer certificate (M2), STCW Advanced Safety Training, High Voltage course, FSE Low & High Voltage certification, Passenger & Crisis Management training, HUET/CA-EBS certification, PMS Wärtsila course, Potable Water Treatment course, and a valid STCW medical certificate. Proficiency in English is required, with a passing score on an English test such as Marlins. A valid passport and seafarer's book are also necessary. Additional qualifications such as OPITO H2S course and experience with TM Master V2 or AMC Gangway vessels are advantageous.
