Requirements
Show all vacanciesCandidates must have a minimum of 6 months relevant sea time and prior experience as a Deckhand, preferably on an ERRV vessel. Required certificates include STCW Personal Survival Techniques (A-VI/1-1), STCW Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention (A-VI/1-2), STCW Elementary First Aid (A-VI/1-3), STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (A-VI/1-4), and a Seafarers medical. Preferred certificates are OPITO ITSO (or Medical Aid and Rescue Care) and OPITO FRC Boatman. Deckhands should be familiar with Breathing Apparatus and possess basic Fire Fighting Skills.
