Chief Engineer

Candidates must have a minimum of 725 days' sea service as Chief Engineer onboard a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge (SPJUB) and at least 2 years' experience on SPJUBs. All sea service must be documented and verifiable. A degree from a recognized Maritime Academy or University is required. Valid Chief Engineer Unlimited Licence – STCW III/2, Vessel Flag State Endorsement / Certificate of Equivalence (COE), valid STCW Basic Safety Training, Advanced Fire Fighting – STCW A-VI/3, and Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats – STCW A-VI/2-1 are mandatory. All licenses and certifications must be current and valid.
