HR Director

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or a CIPD qualification. A minimum of five years of experience in a senior HR position, preferably within the cruise or international industry, is required. Fluency in English at a C1 level is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Experience in managing employee relations and leading organizational changes is necessary. Strong relationship-building, influencing, and problem-solving skills are also important.
