Offshore Drilling Supervisor

Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as a Drilling Supervisor. Strong experience in horizontal wells, particularly with Extended Reach Drilling (ERD), is highly desirable, along with proven exposure to SIMOPS on crowded or live production facilities. Required certifications include IWCF Level 4 (Surface or Subsea) and OPITO-approved T-BOSIET. Fluency in English and strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role demands the ability to work effectively in a high-hazard offshore drilling environment.
