Bosun / Second Officer

Candidates must hold an OOW3000 certification and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience on yachts, particularly on vessels over 40 meters. Strong sailing, management, and organizational skills are essential, with diving and dinghy sailing abilities considered advantageous. Experience with large rig and deck equipment is crucial, and those with a security or military background are especially encouraged to apply.
