Requirements
Show all vacanciesMinimum 5 years' experience as an HR Manager either on board or within a Luxury Hotel. Diploma/qualification in Human Resources Management. Previous shipboard experience preferred. Experience working within multicultural teams. Strong employee relations, leadership and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English. Valid seagoing documentation including full STCW basic safety training.
