Steward/ess

Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a shipboard environment. A high school diploma and formal hospitality training are required, along with familiarity with Videotel training programs. Experience on expedition or passenger vessels is advantageous. Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills are essential, as well as knowledge of food and beverage service. Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary, and the ability to work in a multicultural setting is important. A hands-on approach to operational tasks is expected.
