Marine Health & Safety Superintendent

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, Master Mariner, or a related discipline. Relevant experience includes serving as a senior officer on vessels, particularly tankers, along with shore-based roles in marine assurance, quality systems, or vetting coordination. A minimum of 1-2 years in a shore-based shipping company is preferred, with knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, SOLAS, ISO 9001, and industry frameworks such as OCIMF, CDI, and RightShip. The ability to drive continuous improvement and analyze performance trends is essential.
