Master

Candidates must be medically fit and hold qualifications in accordance with international standards, including STCW and the Company's specific requirements for command. Responsibilities include implementing the Company's Safety and Environmental policy, motivating crew adherence to operational standards, issuing clear instructions, ensuring vessel seaworthiness, managing cargo calculations, overseeing loading and unloading operations, maintaining nautical publications, and ensuring safety and familiarization for new personnel. The Master is also responsible for the Planned Maintenance System and must report any accidents or hazardous occurrences to the DPA.
