Requirements
Candidates should possess hands-on experience in blade repair or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. A commitment to safety and high standards is essential. Teamwork and adaptability to changing conditions are required. Valid certifications include IRATA, GWO Blade Repair, GWO BST, GWO ART, Confined Space – Medium Risk, Crane and Hoist, and Slinger Signaller. Extensive experience with LM blades and valid TSWA certification for D3, 4X, or 5X, as well as Siemens blade C/D certification, are highly desirable.
