Requirements
Candidates should possess a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer Class 1 Certificate of Competency and have over 6 years of experience in offshore vessel operations, particularly with DP vessels, barges, rigs, and JUBs. A minimum of 3 years in DP2/3 vessel operations and as a Vessel Master or Chief Engineer is required. Marine Surveyor or IRCA accreditation is preferred. Strong leadership in marine safety and excellent English communication skills are essential.
