Candidates must possess an III/3 certification or be close to obtaining it, along with significant experience with IDEA, Voly, and procurement processes. Experience in tender driving and maintenance is crucial, as well as strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. Applicants should have a background in large yachts or commercial engineering, be team-oriented, and possess effective communication skills. A valid B1/B2 visa is necessary or the ability to obtain one easily.
