Housekeeping Manager

Candidates should have proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager, ideally within a hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment. Strong leadership and team management skills in a multicultural context are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, and safety standards is required, with familiarity in USPH regulations and maritime sanitation standards being highly advantageous. Proficiency in inventory management and housekeeping software is beneficial. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Candidates must be willing to work onboard a cruise ship for extended periods, typically 4-6 months.
