Senior Specialist - HSE Subsea

The ideal candidate should possess a 3-year degree or Associate Degree, Chartered IOSH membership or NEBOSH Diploma (NVQ Level 6 or higher), technical Diving/ROV qualifications, Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001/45001, advanced Incident Investigation certification, and valid BOSIET/H2S OPITO. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant HSE/Quality experience, preferably in offshore projects, with strong hands-on exposure to Diving and ROV operations is required. Strong knowledge of IMCA and IOGP guidelines, offshore risk management, audits, safety culture, and regulatory compliance is essential.
