HVDC Package Manager

Candidates must possess all necessary certificates required for offshore work. A degree or chartership in Project Management and membership in a recognized Project Management organization such as APM is essential. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of standards associated with the delivery of an Offshore Substation and offshore works, along with experience in delivering complex HVDC electrical systems. A strong understanding of HV and EHV transmission systems and grid infrastructure is required. The role demands strong influencing and negotiation skills with suppliers and grid operators, as well as a high level of competency in contract management, claims management, negotiation techniques, and dispute resolution methodologies. A flexible approach to work and willingness to travel frequently within the UK and abroad is also necessary.
