Requirements
Show all vacanciesCandidates must possess a Ships Cook CoC or Ships Cook Part I and II along with a valid Food Hygiene certificate. The Cook is responsible for managing the ordering, storage, and use of all catering stores within budget, checking supplies, monitoring freezer and chill areas, designing menus, and preparing food for the crew. Familiarity with fire fighting appliances and safety devices in catering areas is essential. The Cook will also assist on deck during emergency exercises involving Fast Rescue Craft.
