Senior HSE Advisor

Candidates should possess a relevant academic or technical background in health, safety, environmental, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, ideally in onshore renewables or offshore wind construction. A strong grasp of HSE principles and practices is essential, as well as experience managing HSE performance of third-party contractors. A NEBOSH qualification (minimum Level 3) or an equivalent recognized HSE qualification is required, along with a valid site safety passport. Proficiency in incident investigation and corrective action management is necessary, alongside strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial, as is a proactive approach to risk management. Candidates must have fluent English skills and a current clean UK driving license. Willingness to work both onshore and offshore is required.
