Specialist in Antarctic Geology / Glaciology

Candidates should possess extensive experience in a specialized academic field, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to convey technical information to non-specialists. Familiarity with expedition operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. A high standard of English proficiency in both speaking and writing is required. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant lecturing experience is preferred, along with a proven track record of scientific publications. A Marine Radio Operator’s VHF license and a small boat license (RYA Powerboat level 2 or equivalent) are advantageous.
