Technical Superintendent

Candidates should have prior experience as a Chief Engineer on cruise or passenger vessels, with additional experience as a Technical Superintendent in a cruise department. Practical knowledge of dry-dockings, ship repairs, mobilizations, in-water repairs, and new build projects is essential. A strong understanding of marine regulations, purchasing, and budget management is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities are necessary, along with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
