Chief Stewardess

At least 8 years of experience in yachting, with a minimum of 2 years in a Chief Stewardess role on yachts over 3,000 GT. Proven ability to lead a diverse team of at least 12 crew members. Experience in planning and executing interior refits, along with synchronized service skills and the ability to train other crew members. Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and various stakeholders, including owners and captains. Proficient in inventory management and adaptable to changing situations. Must maintain a calm demeanor while being assertive when necessary. Consistent team management approach and self-motivation in isolated environments required. Certifications needed include updated STCW with PDSD, Food and Hygiene Level 2, Crisis and Crowd Management, a valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate, and preferably a Seaman’s Discharge Book.
