Well Test Supervisor

Candidates must have strong offshore well testing supervision experience and previous experience working on jack-up rigs or offshore drilling installations. Proven experience supervising well test operations from planning through to execution is essential, along with a strong understanding of well test equipment, pressure control, and well control procedures. Experience with surface well testing equipment and associated services is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong HSE leadership and commitment to safe working practices, as well as the ability to coordinate well test service companies and offshore personnel. Strong communication and client-facing capabilities are necessary, along with experience working within integrated drilling and well operations teams. Preferred qualifications include previous North Sea or European offshore experience, jack-up drilling experience, and existing EU work rights.
