Offshore Client Representative

Candidates must have strong experience as an Offshore Client Representative or in client-side cable supervision, including cable load-out onboard a cable-laying vessel. Experience in submarine HVDC/export cable installation, cable lay, and real-time monitoring of installation parameters is essential. Knowledge of pull-in, jointing, cable recovery, and Omega Joint overboarding is required, along with fibre-optic cable monitoring/testing, including OTDR. Familiarity with ROV, MBES, cable tracking, and as-laid survey data is necessary, as well as understanding marine regulations, HSE, and daily client reporting. A valid Seaman’s Book, offshore medical, BOSIET, GWO BST, STCW or equivalent, and A1 certificate are mandatory. English is required; French or Spanish is advantageous.
