Requirements
Show all vacanciesPrevious experience as a Hotel Director onboard a luxury cruise ship or within an ultra-luxury hotel is required. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service is essential. Proven experience managing large-scale hotel operations, excellent financial acumen, and operational management skills are necessary. Strong leadership experience managing multicultural teams, along with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, is expected. Fluent English and valid seagoing documentation, or willingness to obtain, are mandatory.
