Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in offshore operations, with essential FPSO experience. Required certifications include CA-EBS, BOSIET, and MIST. Applicants must be trained as a Fire Team Member and possess an O&G UK medical or equivalent, along with passing a Drug & Alcohol Test. Proficiency in waste management, fluency in English, and computer literacy are necessary. A strong understanding of LOLER regulations and lifting operations, as well as the ability to interpret lifting plans, is required. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills are also important.
