Requirements
Candidates must have CompEx certification and at least 5 years of experience as a Chief Electrician or Maintenance Supervisor on 5th or 6th Generation Jack-Up Rigs. Proficiency in AC-VFD systems (ABB/Siemens) and/or DC SCR systems (Ross Hill / IPS) is required. Familiarity with Vessel Management Systems, ESD, and Drilling Control Systems is essential, along with experience using NOV or Tesco Top Drives. Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and electrical engineering skills are necessary.
