HSE Advisor

Candidates must possess a minimum of an HND in a relevant engineering or environmental discipline, along with a recognized HSE qualification such as the NEBOSH general certificate or diploma. An environmental qualification is advantageous. Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards is preferred, as well as knowledge of the UK HSE regulatory framework relevant to the energy sector. A valid OGUK medical, MIST, and BOSIET certification are mandatory. Proven experience in a lead HSE role within the energy industry, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, influence, and coaching abilities, along with excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships.
