Requirements
Show all vacanciesMinimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or similar position in a 5 Star Resort or Hotel and/or premium brand restaurant environment is required. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Experience in leading multi-cultural teams is essential. Must be at least 21 years old and able to physically handle 50+ lbs. Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
