Two labels

Partner or Sponsored

Every placement is labelled on the creative. CrewBase does not mix advertising with vacancies, and we do not send user data to partners for targeting.

Partner

Barter & collaboration

A third-party maritime service we choose to highlight without payment for that slot — training, medical, insurance, tools, courses. Still a commercial message from you, never a CrewBase job.

  • Complimentary or barter placements
  • Badge on the creative: Partner
  • We are actively looking for barter deals
Sponsored

Paid placement

You pay CrewBase to show the creative. Labelled Sponsored so it cannot be confused with a job listing or with CrewBase's own notices.

  • Paid slot, agreed dates
  • Badge on the creative: Sponsored
  • Same formats as Partner

Barter is welcome

If you train, certify, insure, or kit out seafarers — we would rather swap value than send an invoice. Write to support@crewbase.pro with what you can offer and which format you want.

Three formats

Where your brand can appear

One in-app slot on Browse, a square post in the CrewBase LinkedIn group, or a native article on the blog. Mix them if it helps the story.

01

In-app banner

1200 × 600 px

One clearly labelled card on the job-seeker Browse dashboard. Split-screen creative works best: brand and CTA on the left, photography on the right. Users can dismiss it (hidden on that device for 30 days). A tap opens your page — we never append email, user ID, or advertising IDs.

How it sits on Browse — labelled, dismissible, never a job card.
02

LinkedIn group post

1200 × 1200 px

A square post published in the CrewBase LinkedIn group — seafarers, officers, and offshore specialists who already follow maritime jobs. Keep the safe-zone in the centre; store badges can sit in a corner. Caption and hashtags are written with you.

03

Integrated blog article

Any size

A native long-read on crewbase.pro/blog — the same template as our career guides, with a Partner or Sponsored note so readers know who wrote it with us. Cover image can be any size; we crop a 1200 × 630 social card if you do not send one. Photography, diagrams, and product shots all work.

Your story, our readers

Articles live on the CrewBase blog next to career paths and salary guides — not in a sidebar. We edit for maritime accuracy and keep the label honest. The cover above is an existing CrewBase article, shown so you can see the format; your piece would use your images and byline.
